Thanganat believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests can only be considered if they are made immediately after placing the order and within one hour. Please note that if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns Policy
We do not accept any returns, except for items that are genuinely damaged. This happens very rarely. Before shipment, items are checked for quality. If you notice any damage in the product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item through the following email address, support@thanganat.store.
Please quote your order ID and write in the subject/title section as “DAMAGED ITEM,” including the details of the damage. An unedited or uncut parcel opening video is compulsory to claim any damage or defect. After we acknowledge your email, please return the parcel to us within 1 or 2 days, to the following address: THANGANAT, J7 Panchratna garden, opp. Old Bombay market, Umarwada, Surat – 395010, PH: 9619970293. The shipping cost of upto Rs.100 only will be credited back to you, and the amount for the shipping as well as for the returned product(s) will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the item. We can exchange the damaged item for the same item if stock is still available or for any other item of equal value.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original intact tags, and/or packaging if applicable. If the returned item has any stains, body odours, perfume scents, any kind of marks, damages, or water stains, we will not accept the item for returns.
Exchange Policy
Only the cost of the item can be considered, and it can be exchanged with any of our product(s) of equal value.
Color and Texture Disclaimer
We do not accept returns for items returned due to a mismatch to your color expectation or the different texture “feel” of the material. Although we strive to match the color of the item with the displayed picture on our website accurately, slight variations may occur. Similarly, characteristics inherent to block prints, Kalamkaris, such as stains, misprints, and overlapped prints, are authentic and not considered defects.
Promotional Items
Items ordered with special discount coupons, time-specific gift vouchers, or any promotional discounts/gifts cannot be returned.
Undeliverable Shipments
If the shipment is returned back to us due to an incomplete address, wrong address, no answer, or no receiver available, we will deduct Rs.120 per product and refund the balance within 1 week.
